If an issue arises related to our workmanship within that first year, we will make the necessary corrections at no additional cost to you.

For new equipment purchased through and installed by Nortek Environmental, Inc., we will also register all applicable equipment with the manufacturer to ensure you receive the maximum available manufacturer warranty. Depending on the equipment and components, these warranties can range from 3 years to limited lifetime coverage. Our team will review all applicable warranty details with you so you understand exactly what is covered.

If, when they have finished in your home, they have not performed in accordance with these high standards, we won't consider the job done until you are satisfied with the results.
