Position Overview
This is a full-time position for an experienced HVAC professional with strong knowledge of residential and light commercial service and installation. As a valued member of our field team, you’ll play an important role in delivering high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer service on every job.

Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on, on-the-job HVAC service and/or installation experience (education or technical school coursework does not count toward this requirement)
- Strong knowledge of installing and servicing:
- Furnaces and boilers
- Air conditioning systems
- Sheet metal transitions on furnaces
- Solid understanding of electrical systems
- EPA Certification (Universal or Class II) – preferred, not required
- Technical school certification – preferred, not required
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
- Must have own tools
- Dependable, motivated, and ready to work
- Willingness to work longer hours during peak seasons
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
